Individual therapy offers adults a one on one setting to explore, heal, grow, and feel better. Adults benefit from therapy at every life stage, from young adult to the elderly. Our clinicians work collaboratively with adults to create a treatment strategy unique to the individual.

Children & Adolescents

Children and Adolescents can reconnect to the joy of growing up when they begin therapy. Therapy can improve resilience in children and adolescents and teach the skills necessary to maintain good mental health throughout their lifetime.

Your therapist will provide the most up to date information about insurances during your 10 minute consultation. You will also be provided the information you need in order to check with your insurance company about your cost of treatment.

Self pay rate: $100 per session

Our therapists will be in network with most major insurance companies in a matter of weeks!
